About the Role

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Create, research, and edit high-quality prompts that are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand tone and style.
• Develop clear, logical, and natural conversation flows for a variety of use cases.
• Support AI training efforts by working with content across a wide range of topics – including sensitive or nuanced subjects.
• Review and analyze content to ensure factual accuracy and stylistic consistency.
• Brainstorm and test new prompt ideas, evaluating AI responses for clarity, relevance, and tone.
• Ensure all content connects with the intended audience in a natural and compelling way.

Requirements

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent in Croatian (C1+), with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in English (B2+ level).
• Exceptional grammar, writing style, and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content and conversation scenarios.
• Analytical thinking and an understanding of user behavior and content interaction.
• Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive material responsibly.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
