As a key member of our management team, you’ll take full ownership of our AWS Training Business Unit – driving both its strategic direction and day-to-day success. You'll work closely with our CFO and other senior leaders to align your unit’s goals with our company-wide ambitions – and most importantly: inspire your teams and our customers along the way.

Tasks

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for our training business – in close collaboration with the management team.
• Spot new trends, uncover business opportunities, and analyze market dynamics to fuel growth and innovation.
• Ensure long-term competitiveness, customer relevance, and profitability.
• Own key performance indicators: revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with central teams like Sales, Marketing, People & Culture, and Resource Management to ensure smooth operations and a thriving business unit.
• Work hand-in-hand with other Business Unit Leads, Local Managing Directors, and project teams to align on strategy and execution.
• Champion agile, cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted sponsor and escalation partner.
• Drive portfolio innovation through new learning formats, certifications, and custom programs.
• Deepen relationships with our customers and partners, identify cross- and upselling potential, and drive business development initiatives.
• Support and mentor our People Success Leads in growing high-performing, empowered teams.
• Ensure our trainers and teams have the tools, resources, and mindset they need to succeed.
