About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist / A/B Tester to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for analyzing user behavior, running A/B and multivariate tests, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates across our digital platforms.
Tasks

Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, checkout flows, and user experience.

Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve website conversion rates.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement and test hypotheses.

Monitor user behavior through analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, GA4, or similar).

Create detailed reports on test performance and insights.

Continuously refine and prioritize testing roadmaps to drive measurable results.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and digital experimentation.

SUBMISSION OF PORTFOLIO: We require proof that you have conducted A/B tests in the past. Theoretical knowledge is not sufficient. You must have hands-on experience with A/B testing in WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify, including testing different product prices.

Hands-on experience with testing tools.

Understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and e-commerce funnels.

Experience collaborating with designers and developers to implement test variations.

Strong attention to detail, data interpretation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Must be available to work in the CET time zone.

Good command of English (written and spoken)
