Your Mission

• Handling ongoing accounting tasks for multiple entities
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• Maintaining and reconciling accounts with a focus on accounts receivable (including dunning processes)
• Collaborating with internal and external experts on various tax-related processes
• Preparing VAT advance returns
• Creating outgoing invoices
• Supporting the implementation of new tools and systems in the accounting department
• Documenting and further developing internal compliance processes
• We value personal interaction within the team – therefore, this role follows a hybrid working model with two mandatory on-site days per week

Your profile

• A degree in business administration with a focus on finance or accounting, or a commercial vocational qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, preferably with a focus on accounting
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel), experience with ERP systems, and ideally with finance-related software (e.g., Power BI, JIRA, Salesforce)
• Good to very good English skills
