At MultiBase, we’ve spent 33 years helping mid-sized companies turn data into clarity. Now we’re building something new: AI agents that sit on structured data, answer real business questions, and actually get used.

We’re looking for a Founding AI Lead — someone who wants to build, own, and grow. You’ll join early, shape the roadmap, and help us evolve from projects to products.

Tasks

The Role

• Build AI tools and agents using LLMs (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc.)
• Create natural language interfaces for BI insights
• Work hands-on and help define architecture
• Collaborate with founders, BI consultants, and external AI partners
• Grow into a leadership role — this is designed to scale with you

Requirements

You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Have 2+ years experience building AI/ML solutions (Python preferred)
• Know your way around LLMs, prompts, agents, and data pipelines
• Can explain your thinking clearly, to tech and business teams
• Are ready to step up — from contributor to owner
• Bonus: Experience with structured data and Power BI
