Looking for Customer Support Agent with German/ English in Riga!

  • German (C1+) and solid English (B2+ minimum)

Requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by phone, email, or chat
  • Document each customer interaction and the solution provided in the system
  • Resolve cases within deadlines and meet performance goals
  • Escalate urgent cases to your lead when needed
  • Work both independently and in a team
  • Deliver excellent customer service and meet quality standards
  • Be available and active during scheduled hours
  • Follow KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and more
  • Take part in training and contribute to team improvements

What We're Looking For

  • German (C1+) and solid English (B2+ minimum)
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus
  • Confident using computers and handling multiple systems
  • Friendly, positive, and motivated team player
  • Willingness to work in shifts or part-time (as legally allowed)
  • For written roles: Strong writing in German and 50+ WPM typing speed
