Your tasks

• Provide technical consulting and troubleshooting for the iManage-based legal platform

• Analyse and resolve process flow issues in collaboration with internal teams and PM

• Liaise closely with the Senior PM and business stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery

• Assess and optimize existing workflows, configurations, and system performance

• Support potential enhancements, upgrades, or integrations related to iManage

Must have competences

• Proven hands-on experience with iManage (Work, Share, Cloud, or On-Prem)

• Strong technical problem-solving skills related to legal document management workflows

• Experience in workflow/process flow analysis and debugging within iManage

• Solid understanding of legal or compliance environments

• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have competences

• Previous experience working with UK-based clients or stakeholders

• Familiarity with legal tech landscapes, integrations, or related systems (e.g., NetDocuments, DocuSign)

• Experience collaborating with project managers and cross-functional delivery teams

• Availability for short-notice engagements
