Aufgaben

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for colleagues and users
• Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux systems
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure such as servers, networks and cloud environments
• Implement IT security solutions to protect systems and data
• Analyze, document and resolve IT incidents quickly and efficiently
• Create and maintain clear and user-friendly IT documentation
• Support IT projects including system upgrades, cloud migrations and new technology rollouts

Qualifikation

• Strong interest in IT and technology, suitable for beginners, career changers and experienced candidates
• Willingness to learn and develop your IT skills
• Enjoy working with colleagues and helping them with IT issues
• Good problem solving skills and a structured way of working
• German language skills at least B1 and good English skills
• Optional but beneficial: experience in IT support, system administration, networking, cloud technologies or IT security
