We’re looking for a hands-on QA leader to continuously raise the bar for our quality and release processes, build and mentor a high-performing team, and shape our quality strategy across the company. As a key partner to engineering and product, you’ll own critical QA metrics and drive a strong culture of testing and improvement throughout the organization.

Tasks

• Permanently improving QA and Release Process
• Lead and grow a QA team, coach and mentor others.
• Set and evolve the quality strategy and tooling across the organization and across teams.
• Own QA KPIs like defect rates, test coverage, release confidence, and regression frequency.
• Drive continuous improvement of test infrastructure and QA culture within the whole organisation
• Act as a key partner to engineering leadership and product in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with testing frameworks (Playwright, Cucumber, TypeScript preferred)
• Several years of experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools such as Jenkins\CircleCI\Github Actions
• Automation experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber
• Experience in setting up load testing and benchmarking
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests
• Strategic thinking with a focus on maintainability and cross-team collaboration
• Experience with shell scripting, cloud-native development, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar), and scalable distributed systems
