Tasks

• Work closely with regional HR manager and support the recruitment and HR matters.
• Responsible for the 360-degree Recruitment process
• Handling all the contracts and ensuring compliance with legal, operational, and individual contractual provisions.
• Holistic HR support and the implementation of our local and global policies are part of your daily work.

Requirements

• You have a completed university degree or vocational training in HR management
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of HR with a focus on people management and recruitment.
• You have very good knowledge of labor law
• You have a very conscientious, structured and reliable way of working
• Excellent speaking and writing in German and English
