As an experienced People Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you'll bring structure to processes while maintaining close relationships with our employees, focusing on quality, digitalisation, and continuous development.

Tasks

• Independently preparing employment contracts, contract changes, and references, and maintaining accurate HR master data in our systems.
• Contributing your ideas and structured way of working to actively improve our People Operations processes – making them more efficient, digital, and professional.
• Supporting projects across the team, especially around company culture and digital transformation.
• Providing reliable support for payroll preparation and serving as a go-to expert for complex HR topics – from employment law to company pension schemes, social security, health insurance, and payroll tax.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training with an HR focus or a relevant degree.
• Several years of experience in operational and administrative HR, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong digital affinity with solid knowledge of HR management and time-tracking systems.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Confident use of MS Office.
• A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach.
• Solid knowledge of German employment law, contracts, and payroll administration.
• High level of initiative, accountability, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• A knack for processes and organisation – and a passion for making them better.
• Experience in driving and implementing change initiatives
