Tasks

As a Proximity Technician, you will provide hands-on IT support to end users, ensuring smooth daily operations across Windows environments. This role is ideal for a junior IT professional looking to grow in an international and regulated environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support for MS Windows 10/11 environments
• User account management via Active Directory (create, modify, disable users)
• Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues
• Set up, configure, and deploy new workstations, laptops, and peripherals
• Perform local IT asset management (inventory, tracking, replacements)
• Coordinate and work closely with the Global IT team
• Ensure compliance with internal IT procedures and security standards

Mandatory Requirements:

• German speaker
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Professional appearance and strong on-site presence
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Munich

Technical Skills:

• Basic to intermediate experience with Windows 10/11 support
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Experience in hardware setup, imaging, and user support
• Previous experience in a corporate or enterprise IT environment is a plus
