Your mission

Paid Social Campaigns

• Own and scale paid social campaigns – across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with full performance responsibility
• Launch and grow TikTok Ads – ideally from scratch, with lots of creative freedom
• Track and optimize performance KPIs – including CPL, CTR, CVR and ROAS

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance across tools – including GA4, Meta Ads Manager and other analytics platforms
• Deliver clear insights and reporting – through weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with BI and data teams – to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and deeper analysis where needed

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with creative and content teams – to develop scroll-stopping visuals, copy, and landing pages
• Coordinate campaign plans with stakeholders – internally with marketing and growth teams, externally with agencies if needed

Experimentation & Growth

• Test new platforms and ad formats – including LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, Reddit, or other emerging channels
• Run structured A/B tests – on creatives, copy, audience setups and placements to continuously improve performance
• Stay on top of trends – bringing in fresh ideas and innovative approaches to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads – with a proven track record in performance marketing
• Experience with TikTok Ads is a strong plus – or a clear willingness to take ownership of it
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking, analytics, and attribution – including tools like GA4
• Nice to have: knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, or SQL – not required, but helpful
• Fluent English communication skills – German is a plus
• Analytical, structured, and proactive – with a hands-on mentality and ownership mindset
