Our AI Startup KI-Hausverwalter(.)de needs an Odoo Dev

We’re looking for a skilled developer to support us in customizing our Odoo ERP system and building API integrations with other tools we use. You’ll be working directly with our internal team to streamline business processes and improve automation.

Tasks

• Customize and extend Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, etc.) using Python and Odoo ORM
• Build and maintain RESTful API integrations between Odoo and third-party systems
• Configure workflows, views, access rights, and automations in Odoo
• Write clean, well-documented Python code inside the Odoo framework
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, performance issues, or upgrade problems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Odoo development (preferably v12 or later)
• Solid knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English
• Bonus: Experience with Odoo.sh, Linux servers, or ERP implementation projects
• English is enough — no German needed
• Clear communication is important, but native fluency is not required
