I'm hiring an experienced UX/UI Designer m/f/d for a fast-growing digital health company with multiple consumer-facing brands. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working across different products, and brings strong ownership and adaptability – let’s talk.

Tasks

  • Design modern, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web – including a flagship health app
  • Work across multiple brands with unique audiences, voices, and design languages
  • Use data and user insights to improve conversion, usability, and product experience
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Product, Brand, Tech, and Marketing
  • Bring structure to design processes

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design, ideally with a focus on mobile apps
  • Solid command of Figma and Photoshop; comfortable using Jira and analytics tools
  • Experience with AI-based design tools is a plus
  • Strong ownership mentality, able to work independently and adapt across projects
  • Analytical mindset: you make decisions based on data, not just aesthetics
  • Fluent in English (German is a bonus)
  • A great team player who is hands-on, productive, and collaborative

  • Responsive landing pages
  • Mobile and desktop-friendly UX/UI flows
  • Clear problem-solving and brand adaptability
