relokate is a Global Mobility expert combining innovative relocation software with a personal, human-centered service to help companies bring international talent to Germany – efficient for HR, caring for people.

We’re looking for two highly motivated Vibe Coders (m/f/d) enrolled at a German university in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Over three months, you will each build and pitch your own prototype of our upcoming Global Talent Solution. The winner will be offered a paid working student role (10–20h/week) to implement their solution together with our CTO.

Tasks

• Month 1: Develop a prototype of our Global Talent Solution
• Month 2: Optimize and refine it
• Month 3: Pitch against the second Vibe Coder (m/f/d)
• Winner: Paid working student role (10–20h/week) and implementation with our CTO

Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university (mandatory internship confirmation required)
• Solid computer literacy & strong problem-solving ability
• Experience using AI-powered coding tools (Lovable, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Basic web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; backend frameworks (Node.js & Supabase a plus)
• Strong communication & collaboration skills — easy to work with in a remote setting
• Self-motivated and comfortable navigating ambiguity or incomplete specs
• Portfolio, GitHub, or links to Vibe-coded projects are a strong plus
