🚀 Bring Agentic AI to an Age-Old Industry — with inca

We’re hiring a Working Student – Sales Operations & Social Media (m/f/d) who will act as one of the core pillars of inca’s external representation and operations in Go To Market, working directly with the CEO to scale inca. You’ll play a key role in defining our strategy, creating scalable structures, and driving our commercial success. You can start working from February 2026 for between 12-20 hours a week.

This is not a classic operations or sales role — you’ll operate at the intersection of AI innovation, company building, and business development. From designing sales strategies to engaging with VCs and building the operational backbone of our fast-scaling company — you’ll do it all.

Tasks

  • Prepare and elevate inca’s external presence at conferences, fairs, and industry events — from concept to execution
  • Lead and manage our social media presence, including our content calendar, asset creation in Canva, and writing high-impact copy for LinkedIn, newsletters, and our blog
  • Measure, analyze, and report on our go-to-market performance, working hands-on with HubSpot and deriving insights that shape our commercial strategy
  • Shape and refine our overall marketing storytelling and messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency, and resonance across all channels
  • Support the CEO and GTM team in high-impact projects with direct influence on our visibility and growth

Requirements

  • Drive. Drive. Drive. You take charge, think clearly, and execute with sharpness and commitment.
  • You’re currently pursuing your Master’s degree (or in your final Bachelor year) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field
  • You are fluent in German at a level of C1 or native.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in writing: you can craft sharp, compelling messages for social media and beyond
  • A digital or even AI-native mindset with confidence in tools like Canva, LinkedIn, HubSpot, or the willingness to learn them quickly
  • A structured and analytical way of thinking, enabling you to turn data and GTM metrics into actionable insights
  • Bonus: first experience in content creation, marketing, events, or startup environments — not required, but a plus
